This policy covers the public Levariq marketing website. A future customer portal, pilot program or production service may include additional privacy terms presented before information is submitted.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact Levariq, request pilot information or ask to receive updates, you may provide information such as your name, email address, company or hotel name, location, role and the information included in your message. Please do not send passwords, payment-card information, guest records, employee records or confidential hotel reports through ordinary email.

Information processed automatically

The website’s hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic logs. Levariq does not currently use advertising trackers or intentionally place analytics cookies on this marketing site.

How information is used

To respond to questions and pilot inquiries.
To send Levariq news or development updates when requested.
To evaluate interest in features and pilot participation.
To maintain the security, availability and integrity of the website.
To comply with applicable law and protect legal rights.

How information is shared

Levariq does not sell personal information. You may ask to stop receiving updates at any time by replying to an email with “unsubscribe” or contacting us at the address below. Future newsletter messages will include an appropriate opt-out method.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Levariq uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled, but no website, email service or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This business website is not directed to children under 13, and Levariq does not knowingly request personal information from children.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification. You may also withdraw a request for marketing updates.

This policy may be updated as the website and services develop. The effective date at the top will be revised when material changes are published.
